Where resident engineers are not stationed we provide 1-hour response time.5) Stand By Facility: The faulty computers with major faults, that can not be repaired on site, are sent to TRC (Testing & Repairing Cell) and a stand by machine or spare is provided. This ensures, the work of the customers doesn’t held up during the time their original machine is repaired.6) Emergency Calls: Emergency call are entertained 24hour/7days a week including Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays. For the purpose corporate mobile phone no.is given so that customer can contact SSC beyond office timing.7) Software Support: Complete Support for operating system, Application Software is provided as a part of contract as per the terms mutually agreed upon. However support is not provided for customized software.8) Preventive Maintenance: It is for detection of fault that might occur in future and ensures smooth running systems.Which, in turn, reduces down time to minimum. During PM complete well working of system is ensured.PM is performed once in a month or once in a three months as per the agreement terms.9) Networking Consultancy & Solution: Tailor made package is prepared for Customers choice of network setup as per need and requirement of the customers. This includes maintenance of operating system, active & passive devices, facility management, total network setup management, exchange servers etc.10) TRC Services: Sai krishna Computers has well equipped TRC (Testing & Repairing Cell) with all the facility. Machines that can not be repaired on site are sent to TRC for repairs.
